Para-Link partners' websites are expected to comply with the following editorial guidelines prior to submission and after account activation. Link partners' websites that do not comply with the editorial guidelines at the time of submission will be rejected. Websites that veer off these guidelines after account activation will be notified of discrepancies, and given seven days to correct the problem before the account is suspended. The PL Editor's decision is final.
The following are not allowed as active links with the Para-Links network:
- Websites that are not hosted on their own domain name. This is not black and white. In certain cases, we will accept sites that do not meet this requirement, particularly those that are rich in content or provide a valued service to the community. As a rule of thumb, always submit! Let the editors decide.
- Websites that offer little more than advertisements, or contain spamming pages such as pop-ups or pop-under's, or provide very little parachute related content.
- Websites that, in conjunction with parachuting, might promote any type of illegal activity, social controversy, racism, religious extremism, political propaganda, etc.; or link to other websites that promote such content.
- Websites with broken links. We use special software to analyze the number of broken links and their relative position in the site's directory structure. Broken links off the main page or main menu are not accepted.
- Title and descriptions must be relevant to the content of the site they are linked to. The use of Meta Tags is encouraged.
Para-Links Network Rules:
- For FREE featured listings or rotating banner exchanges, websites must provide a reciprocal link on the home page readable by the human eye, and pointing directly to the domain Para-Links.Com - not to a category page.
- Title and descriptions must be appropriate and relevant to site content.
Para-Links Staff has the right at any time for any reason to suspend or disable any partners' accounts without prior notice. All terms, rules and requirements stated herein are subject to change at anytime without notice.
