Rui (Roy) J. Vaz

Para-Links directory is administered by Rui J. Vaz aka Roy. Roy is a USPA D licence holder (D-13792); FAA rated Master Parachute Rigger, and former U.S. Army HALO Instructor. Roy made his first parachute jump at Lakewood Skydiving Center, NJ, in May 1983.

We are currently revising our editor infrastructure so that we can decentralize some categories to editors interested in becoming fully responsible for them.
